About the book:

Join me, Colton, an 11-year-old boy, as I share my journey of overcoming self-doubt and finding resilience. Teaming up with my dad, Ryan Sawyer, we wrote this book to inspire anyone who has felt the weight of struggling to fit in or battling self-doubt.

In these pages, I share my story—a story that many can relate to. I've been through tough times, faced bullies, and struggled to believe in myself. But through it all, I discovered something incredible: the strength we need is already within us.

It all started with an amazing adventure—training with SEALFIT's Unbeatable Mind team of former Navy Seals alongside my dad. This experience changed everything. Learning to tackle hard things together, as a team, taught me the power of resilience and teamwork. I realized that this journey could be the key to empowering others too.

My message is simple yet powerful: You have the strength to build confidence, confront challenges, and rise above whatever comes your way. Let's embrace our inner strength together because we can do hard things!
